Las mariposas realizan transformaciones notables a partir de su estado de larvas, pasando por orugas hasta llegar a su hermosa forma final.
Aprende a aceptar el cambio en tu propia vida.
1. Celebra todo lo que tienes por ganar.
Tal vez las orugas no sean conscientes de lo que está por delante de ellas, sin embargo tu puedes identificar las recompensas por las cuales deseas trabajar.
Imagínate lo bien que te sentirás cuando logres el peso ideal, hagas nuevos amigos o alcances cualquier otra meta deseada.
2. Acepta los cambios como algo inevitable. Reflexiona sobre cómo tu vida se ha desarrollado incluso sin esfuerzo alguno de tu parte, creciendo desde bebé hasta convertirte en un/a adulto/a, como una mariposa.
3. Eleva tu visión. Las mariposas revolotean por el aire en lugar de arrastrarse por el suelo. Cambia tus viejas limitaciones y establece metas ambiciosas.
4. Reconoce tu capacidad de recuperación. Valora todo lo que has superado y logrado. Ten confianza en que eres lo suficientemente fuerte como para hacer frente a las circunstancias difíciles.
